The manage survey distances menu is used for the manual entry of surveyed distances for a defined source and destination combination. A list may be exported for the source and destination combination for survey to enter the calculated distance, which can then be imported into MiiNT and will be applied the Managed Distances process.
Survey distances may be entered directly into the Manage Survey Distances grid against the relevant source destination combination. The data can be exported in csv format and forwarded to survey to enter the calculated distance data. Once the distance data has been entered the modified csv file can be returned to the engineers to be imported into MiiNT.
To manage the survey distances select the Haul Analysis > Manage Survey Distances menu to access the Survey Distances data.
Select a date range that you would like to enter surveyed distances for and select the Submit button.admin
A grid will be displayed with a record for each haulage source and destination combination for the selected date range where the surveyed distance may be entered or exported.
In the above example survey distance records have been generated for the distinct source destinations.
The survey distance records may be entered via the data management grid.
Locate the record that needs to be altered. Use Filtering, Grouping and Sorting to locate the records that require changes.
Double click on a cell to enable editing.
Make the necessary changes. Navigate across the fields by pressing Tab or clicking on a field to enable edit mode to make other field changes.

The survey distances may be exported in csv format, which can then be loaded into Excel to enter the calculated survey values.
Enter a file name then select the Save button.
The exported csv file can be opened in Excel and the calculated survey distances entered.
The updated survey distances csv file may be imported into the Haul Analysis Survey Distance table.
Select the Haul Analysis > Import Survey Distances menu
Select the Haul Analysis Survey Distance Import item. The import page will be displayed
